1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Bubblio, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Accounts & Responsibilities

- You are responsible for the accuracy of your content

- You manage access and roles within your Bubble

- You must not misuse the App or infringe others’ rights

4. Subscriptions & Payments

- Bubblio offers free and paid plans

- Payments are handled by Apple / Google

- Subscription renewal and cancellation are managed through the app store

5. AI Features

- AI features are optional

- Outputs are provided “as is”

- Bubblio is not liable for decisions based on AI suggestions

6. User Content

- You retain ownership of your content

- You grant Bubblio a licence to process content to operate the App

7. Prohibited Use

No abuse, unlawful use, scraping, or reverse engineering.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Liability Limitation

Bubblio is provided “as available”. Liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.

10. Governing Law

UK law applies.
